Damages and Issues

Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
