Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will typically be dispatched on the same business day.
Domestic Shipping Policy (USA)
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to carrier issues or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of reliable carriers to deliver your order, including:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Shop Sky Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@getmilex.com so we can assist you.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will require photos of the damage to assist with the process.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
